At the end of this event, players with the correct answers will be randomly selected to win a prize. Only one entry per name and email address permitted. Multiple entries will disqualify a participant from winning a prize.

Winners will be chosen by random selection, and notified at the email address provided at registration approximately 24-72 hours after the conclusion of the event. Winners must provide Sponsor with a U.S. or Canadian shipping address for delivery of prize. Canadian winners must also answer a skill-based question in order to claim the prize. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible players participating in the event. If the entrant selected as a winner cannot be contacted at the email address he/she provided through Shattered Galaxy registration, or is contacted and does not respond within seven (7) days by providing a US or Canadian shipping address, and answering the skill based question, if applicable, the prize may go unclaimed; no second chance drawing will be held. Prizes are not transferable. No substitution of prizes for cash or other goods or services is permitted, except Sponsor reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of approximately equal value. Taxes on prizes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the individual winners.

To showcase our users, winners over 18 years of age may be asked to answer some questions, provide personal information, or to send Nexon Inc. a personal headshot photo. This information may be used to recognize the winner on the pages of Shattered Galaxy, but is not necessary to claim prize. Winner can decline to provide any or all such information.

Sponsor is not responsible for hardware or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic or other communications. Sponsor, at its sole discretion, can disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process or the operation of the web site, or who otherwise violates these rules. Sponsor has the right to cancel, terminate or modify this sweepstakes if it cannot be completed as planned due to computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or other conditions beyond Sponsor's control.

Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, parent, representatives, advertising, promotion and publicity agencies, are not in any way responsible or liable for damages, loss or injury resulting from participation in this sweepstakes or the acceptance, use or loss of any prize or shipping or handling of any prize or loss or use of any prize awarded in this sweepstakes. Winners assume sole liability for injuries, including personal injuries and/or damage to property and prize, caused or claimed to be caused by participating in this sweepstakes or the acceptance, shipment, loss or use of any prize awarded. Sponsors are not responsible for any failure to contact entrants, whether due to technical or human error. Entrants accept and agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and Conditions. All of Sponsor's decisions regarding the application and interpretation of these Rules are final.
